The second Floorball Festival Bremen’s history. Again it was a huge festival with numerous spectators.
The 10 adults and 4 youth teams fought many exciting games. In a thrilling final of the adult competition the Herning Floorball Club (Denmark) won against the UFC Groningen (Netherlands). Besides the trophy the Danes also won 10 Tickets to the Women´s World Floorball Championship in Tampera (Finland).
In the junior competition the Floorball Grizzlys Salzwedel could defend their title from the previous year.
The festival was inaugurated by Festival organizer Dennis Hayungs, by the mayor Florian Boehlke and TSV president Lüder Kleppe on Saturday.
During the entire weekend numerous actions brought an entertaining program to the spectators and players.
Under frenetic applause of the audience the „Sweet Tigers“ -Cheerleader showed their performance, alongside many players tried out at the shot-velocity measurement system.
The Saturday evening ended with a cozy barbecue party. Besides, also numerous creative team photos were taken at the photo booth.
